Build Financial Analysis Skills That Actually Work
We teach business owners how to read their own numbers. Not theory from textbooks. Real analysis methods used in South Korean markets since 2019. Small class sizes start October 2025.

What the Learning Path Looks Like
Eight months from basics to confident analysis. Classes run twice weekly in evenings. You'll work with your own business data throughout.
Understanding Your Numbers
Most business owners we meet can't tell which products make money. We start there. Learn to organize financial data and spot the patterns that matter. Takes about six weeks.
Pattern Recognition Methods
Cash flow issues show up in specific ways. Same with inventory problems or pricing mistakes. We teach you to recognize these patterns in your monthly reports.
Decision Framework Development
Should you expand? Change suppliers? Adjust pricing? Build a systematic approach to these questions using your actual business data. Not someone else's case study.
Independent Analysis Practice
Final three months focus on building confidence. You'll present findings to the group and get feedback. Most participants continue meeting informally after graduation.
People Who've Been Through It
These folks finished the program between late 2023 and early 2025. Their businesses range from retail to manufacturing.
I stopped guessing about inventory levels. The tracking system we built helped me cut storage costs by a third without risking stockouts.
The pricing module changed everything. I was undercharging on custom orders without realizing it. Fixed that issue within two months of starting.
Learning with other business owners made the difference. We still share insights in our chat group. Real problems get real solutions that way.
I finally understand my accountant's reports. Can ask better questions now and make decisions faster. Wish I'd done this years ago.
What You'll Actually Learn
The program covers six core areas. Each one builds on previous work. You can't skip ahead because later modules assume you've mastered earlier concepts.
We keep groups small on purpose. Maximum twelve participants per cohort. That way everyone gets individual feedback on their analysis work.
Next cohort begins October 15, 2025. Applications close September 20.
Financial Statement Reading
Balance sheets and income statements in plain language. Learn what each line means for your specific business type and how to spot issues early.
Cash Flow Management
Tracking money movement weekly instead of monthly. Build forecasting skills that help you avoid cash crunches and plan larger purchases confidently.
Cost Analysis Techniques
Break down actual costs per product or service. Most participants discover they've been losing money on at least one offering without knowing it.
Profitability Assessment
Which customers and products drive profit? The answer often surprises people. Learn to measure contribution margins and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Growth Planning Methods
Scenario modeling for expansion decisions. Test your assumptions before committing resources. Includes break-even analysis and risk assessment frameworks.
Reporting Systems Design
Create simple dashboards that show what you need to know. No fancy software required. Use tools you already have to build sustainable monitoring habits.
