  • Account shows minimal or no course progress
  • No certificate of completion issued
  • Valid documentation of circumstances
  • Compliance with program participation guidelines
  • Original payment method still accessible

Request Windows

  • Full refund: Within 14 days of enrollment
  • Partial refund: Days 15-30 after enrollment
  • Review basis: Days 31-60 after enrollment
  • No refunds: After 60 days from enrollment
  • Special circumstances: Case-by-case evaluation

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Scenarios

Full Refund Situations

You're eligible for a complete refund if you request within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 15% of course materials.

This also applies if there's a technical issue on our end that prevents program access, or if we cancel a scheduled cohort before it begins.

Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval

Partial Refund Situations

Between days 15-30, you may qualify for a 50% refund if you've accessed less than 30% of materials and haven't participated in live sessions.

We calculate the refund based on completed modules and used resources. Each case gets individual assessment.

Processing time: 10-14 business days after approval

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, unexpected relocations, or significant life changes may qualify for consideration beyond standard windows.

You'll need to provide supporting documentation. We review these on a case-by-case basis with empathy and fairness.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds aren't available after 60 days, if you've completed more than 50% of materials, or if you've received a certificate.

Violation of program terms or misuse of materials also disqualifies you from refund eligibility.

Payment Method Processing

Credit Cards

Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Bank Transfers

Direct bank refunds take 7-14 business days. We'll need your current banking details for verification.

Corporate Payments

Company-funded enrollments require approval from the original payment authority before processing.

Important Considerations

  • All refund requests must come from the enrolled individual or authorized representative with proper documentation.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Promotional discounts or scholarship amounts may affect refund calculations — we refund what was actually paid.
  • Access to program materials ends immediately upon refund approval. Downloaded resources must be deleted.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of policy abuse or content misuse.
  • Course bundles are treated as single purchases. Partial refunds for individual courses within bundles aren't available.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund dates may result in slight variations in amounts received.
